• Funny or Die – Game of Thrones Parody

    This was a great new sketch written by the very talented and funny Jordan Morris that we animated just in time for the fourth season premiere of Game of Thrones. It was produced by Resilient Rabbit Productions and was featured on the home page of “Funny or Die.”

    Our favorite website and cultural destination, The A.V. Club, commissioned us to build a series of animated shorts with some of the world’s most talented comedians. We were elated to work on this project, not only because of the quality of the collaborators, but because they brought their A-game. This episode features the amazing Patton Oswalt.

    We were approached by People Magazine to write and animate a comedy short riffing on the MTV Video Music Awards. This was part of People’s VMA media package, and it was a blast to work on.

    Entertainment Weekly commissioned us to animate this unproduced sketch by comedy masterminds, Key and Peele. The sketch was written by Alex Rubens (writer for Key & Peele, Community, and Rick & Morty) and launched Entertainment Weekly’s new video series, “Scene Unseen.”

    The Onion AV Club came back to commission a second season of “Stand Down,” the web series featuring stories of hilarious failure from some of the best comedians out there. This episode stars “Curb Your Enthusiasm” and “The Goldbergs” star, Jeff Garlin.

  • Paul F Tompkins’s  Phantom of the Opera

    Recorded live at NerdMelt in Los Angeles. Comedy genius Paul F Tompkins provides a director’s commentary for 1925’s Phantom of the Opera in character as Lord Andrew Lloyd Webber. We commissioned this project and created the animated introductions.
